The One who manifests as a moment of weakness or inertia.
Like Maha Kaalika as Shri Krishna, takes the sarees of the Gopis, causing them to be still in the waters as they look up at him for the sarees, thereby giving a message that when you are stuck, and looking for something which isn’t coming to you, realise that it is the Deity’s doing.
