To Shri Krishna she was Maa Radha
To Arjuna she was Maa Panchali
To Kala Bhairava she is Maa Kali
To Vatuka Bhairava she is Maa Kali
To Kanda Bhairava she is Maa Kaumari
To Unmata Bhairava she is Maa Varahi
To Ruru Bhairava she is Maa Rakini
To KamaRupaKameshwar she is Maa Kamakhya

To every projection of the Rudra Tattwa, Shiva Tattwa, she is THE BELOVED, as ADYA MAHA KALI.
Rudhira - meaning blood, blood coloured.
One may also simply take it as the lover of blood.
The Shiva Tattwa is adhara, may be the blood is also the adhara.
Hence the name, RUDHIRAPRIYA
